Looking to Buy?

We understand. Buying a farm is a huge decision. If you are ready to buy, contact us.

Otherwise, we suggest the following steps:

1. Research

It’s important that you do your research. Go to our Research section to find out more about Canada and farming in Ontario. Also, feel free to browse through our recent listings.

2. Visit

Most people who emigrate to Ontario will visit once or twice to get a feel for things. Contact us and we can help arrange your trip, show you a selection of properties and introduce you to equipment suppliers, fellow farmers and professionals.

3. Purchase

Once you have decided which property to buy, we oversee the transaction to ensure the various parties (banking, legal, finance, etc.) are coordinated.

4. Emigrate

We have over 20 years experience helping families move to Ontario. We can help every step of the way. Our network of partners can provide legal, logistics, banking and other services to help make your move go smoothly.
